Evolve Revive contains Sodium Hyaluronate, Carbomer 980 and Glycerol. Each has a distinct characteristic to provide relief from dry eye sensations. Sodium Hyaluronate is a naturally occurring, bio compatible material with unique viscoelastic and hygroscopic properties while the Carbomer 980 provides long-lasting relief and the Glycerol acts as a humectant and protects the eye surface. The combination provides a Triple Action on the ocular surface. The Evolve system has been designed to combine the benefits of unit dose preservative free eye drops with the convenience of a standard eye drop bottle.
Evolve Revive is lubricating eye drop intended for use in the relief of discomfort that arises from dry eye sensations. It provides long-lasting relief for gritty, itchy and irritated dry eyes and other foreign body sensations.
The lack of irritants such as buffers and preservatives make the product suitable for prolonged and protective usage in patients with sensitive eyes including itchy and excessive watering of the eyes associated with an unstable tear film. Dry eye sensations may also be produced by use of smartphones, TVs and computer screens, infrequent blinking, certain medical treatments including refractive laser eye surgery, atmospheric pollution and drying atmosphere e.g. air conditioning, central heating, wind and sun. Evolve Revive is compatible with all types of contact lenses.The bottle has been designed to assist ease of use for patients. The body of the bottle is easy to grip using a pinch grip between the thumb and forefinger and has been constructed of a soft pliable plastic making squeezing and control of dispensing a gel easy and convenient. Only gentle pressure is required to squeeze one gel drop out. The blue tip contrasts against a white background, this will assist in aiming the gel drop as you invert the bottle towards your eye. Lastly, there is no protruding spout that could poke and damage the eye.
Evolve Revive is a multi-dose, preservative free sterile solution. It is phosphate & buffer free and is ideal for frequent and occasional users.
Evolve Revive contains Sodium Hyaluronate 0.2% w/w Carbomer 980 0.2% w/w.
